Having a passion for real estate and leading people since he was in grade school, the mortgage industry was a natural fit for Nils. He began his career at 12 years old starting a lawn care company with a few friends and continued on to selling door-to-door in college, 85 hours a week during his summers. After graduating from University of Nebraska, Nils wrote his first mortgage in early 2003. His career has covered both mortgages and warranty insurance, with a common theme of helping people with their finances. His opportunities through the years have included executive management, business development, and consulting.
